Family Fun-n-Fit Day will Have Summer Fun for Everyone
Community organizations are invited to host an outreach booth at Family Fun & Fit Day on Friday, June 6 from 9 am to Noon at Playground Park – 5th & Eisenhower in Junction City.
Last year more than 25 local organizations joined the fun to showcase summer events, programs, and community resources.

Free Lunch for Kids is an important part of Family Fun & Fit Day!
Konza WIC is looking for local businesses, organizations, or individuals interested in sponsoring free lunch for kids at Family Fun-n-Fit Day on Friday, June 6.
In 2023 we served over 200 meals and in 2024 provided 250+ sack lunches. This is a great way to support this fun community event and send kids into summer with a delicious meal!
The sponsored meal can be prepared by the organization, or you may make a monetary contribution for supplies.

This annual event is free and open to the public. Family Fun-n-Fit Day promotes community events and resources, offers fun family fitness activities, inspires healthy choices for all ages, and encourages safety awareness.
Attendees will find community organizations with games, crafts, and information, plus a fitness activity area. Kids can get a free lunch – while supplies last.
Whether you’re new to the community or have been here a while, this event is a great opportunity for families to learn what’s available. There are so many great ways to stay active, get healthy, and be involved in the community and we’re glad to help make these connections.
