Konza Prairie Community Health Clinics provide affordable, quality, comprehensive healthcare to all persons in our community. We treat patients, who are uninsured, fully insured, and anywhere in-between.
Konza accepts almost all major insurance plans, including Medicaid (KanCare), Medicare, and Tricare.
If you have insurance, please present your insurance card at each visit so we have your most recent information on file. Konza accepts cash, check, credit cards and money orders for payment.
Konza will submit insurance claims to your carrier – including Medicare and Medicaid. We will do everything we can to make sure your claim is processed by the carrier.

Our Sliding Fee Discount Program is available to anyone who qualifies based on income and family size.
To see if you qualify to pay discounted fees, you must:

You can also pick up a copy of this application in person at any of our clinics.
2. Verify your income
To verify your income, we ask you to provide proof of your current income and address.
