Quality & Innovation

HEALTHY PEOPLE MAKE HEALTHY COMMUNITIES, AND HEALTHY COMMUNITIES THRIVE.

Konza consistently achieves exceptional health outcomes in our patients – particularly those with chronic conditions. These excellent health outcomes repeatedly earn Konza recognition from the US Health Resource Service Administration (HRSA) as a Health Center Quality Leader.

In 2021 and 2022, Konza received the HRSA Gold Award, ranking us among the top 10% of community health centers in the nation for best overall clinic performance.

Konza also received the 2021 and 2022 HRSA quality badge for Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT), awarded to community clinics who optimize and advance telehealth to increase patient engagement, access to care, and advance quality of care.
