Click on the registration link in the email you received from noreply@eclinicalmail.com

OR
Create your portal login using a unique username and password OR choose the login method and accept the agreement to authenticate your account.
Enter the temporary password provided by Konza and click “agree” to the release of information.

Next – you will receive two emails:

Welcoming you to the patient portal
Confirming your connections with Konza

Success! You now have 24/7 secure access to your medical information through our patient portal.

To access your medical information on your cell phone or another portable smart device:

Search for the free Healow portal app from the Apple or Android app store.
Download the Healow app and click “Install”
Once installed, click “Get Started”
Enter the Konza practice code: JAFCAD
Click “Login” and enter your username and password
