Konza Prairie Community Health Center clinics (Junction City & Manhattan) will open for patient care on Wednesday, January 8 at Noon, due to ongoing road conditions. Please be patient, as we will be operating with a limited number of staff who are able to make it to the clinics.
Please be safe – give yourself extra time to arrive safely. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact your care team after the clinic opens or through the patient portal to reschedule your appointment.
If you had an in-person appointment scheduled for January 6, January 7, or January 8 before Noon: We are working to reschedule all affected patients in a timely manner. Your care team will reach out to reschedule your appointment.
