Konza uses a virtual waitlist (“queue”) to request emergency dental appointments. Please read the following information before joining the queue.
Step 1: Join the queue
Available at Junction City and Manhattan clinics
Hours:
Monday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
You can join early:
Monday – Thursday
As early as 7:00 AM
Friday
As early as 8:00 AM
Step 2: Wait for review
Konza dental staff reviews all requests
Patients are scheduled based on urgency and availability
Step 3: Watch for a text message
If scheduled, you will receive a text with your appointment time
Appointment times are assigned – you cannot choose your emergency dental visit time or date

Dental emergencies include:
Routine care like cleanings or mild discomfort is not considered an emergency.
No. Joining the queue does not guarantee you will be seen the same day. Appointments are limited and scheduled based on urgency.
If you are scheduled for an emergency dental visit, you will receive a text message with your appointment time. If you do not receive a text, you were not scheduled that day.
No. Appointment times are assigned based on availability. You cannot select your preferred time or request a specific provider.
Your visit is for an evaluation and diagnosis first.
You may receive treatment the same day, but it is not guaranteed.
You may need to return for additional care.
