How to request an emergency dental visit

Starting July 20, Konza will use a virtual waitlist (“queue”) to request emergency dental appointments. Please read the following information before joining the queue.

Step 1: Join the queue

Emergency dental care is available at Junction City and Manhattan clinics:

Monday – Thursday 

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Friday 

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The queue opens early:

Monday – Thursday

7:00 AM

Friday

8:00 AM

Step 2: Watch for a text message

  • Konza dental staff reviews and responds to all requests for emergency dental care
  • Patients are scheduled based on urgency and availability
  • You will get a text with your appointment time OR a phone call with next steps
  • Emergency appointments are assigned – you cannot choose your emergency dental visit time or date

Important things to know

  • This service is for urgent dental needs only, not for cleanings or routine care
  • Joining the queue does not guarantee a same-day appointment
  • Appointments are for evaluation and diagnosis
  • Treatment may happen the same day, but it is not guaranteed
  • You may need to return for follow-up care

No. Joining the queue does not guarantee you will be seen the same day. Appointments are limited and scheduled based on urgency. Konza dental staff will respond to all 

If you are scheduled for an emergency dental visit, you will receive a text message with your appointment time. If you do not receive a text, you were not scheduled that day.

No. Appointment times are assigned based on availability. You cannot select your preferred time or request a specific provider.

Your visit is for an evaluation and diagnosis first.

You may receive treatment the same day, but it is not guaranteed.

You may need to return for additional care.
