Free COVID tests by mail
Every home in the US is eligible to order 4 free at-home COVID tests. If a household has not placed an order yet this fall, they can place two orders for a total of 8 tests.
These COVID tests are completely free (no shipping charges). Order these to have on hand in case you need them.

Free telehealth visits and medications available this winter for people with COVID & Flu
The HHS Home Test to Treat program is open to everyone, regardless of insurance or immigration status. Under this program:
- Individuals who do not currently have COVID-19 or flu and are uninsured or have public insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, VA, or HIS) are eligible to receive free at-home COVID/flu tests.
- Individuals who test positive for COVID or the flu this winter will be eligible for a free telehealth appointment, and to receive medication at little to no cost delivered for free to their home or pharmacy.

COVID Vaccines
CDC’s Bridge Access Program provides no-cost COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 vaccine costs. This program will end in December 2024.
